THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE Sunday Section

Created for the cover of the Chicago Tribune's Sunday section . . . a special DIY (do it yourself) issue. The article ran yesterday. The idea was to make the cover a DIY-type project, where the letters of the SUNDAY logo would be in volume, along with the DIY letters on a table and maybe a pair of hands (real or not) putting it together with things like a hammer, nails, glue, string, paint, wallpaper, scissors, a frame, etc. The above image is the end result. It was a hit! Collage and mixed media.
