The law firm Dewey, a New York firm that is one of the largest in terms of clients and attorneys in the DC area, is on the cusp of collapsing. The firm has been struggling financially for several months. It's ill health was first hinted at when entire units of attorneys started leaving en masse a few weeks ago, and since then the situation has deteriorated quickly. The reason behind its problems? It had grown far too fast and couldn't sustain itself. Grateful to be featured on the cover and inside of the Washington Post Capital Business section today. Thanks again Meredith!
